Donic-Schildkröt is the flagship of the Perseus group. Being one of the world’s oldest sport brands, it was taken over in the 80s, restructured and constantly expanded. Since more than 100 years Schildkröt is a synonym for the most modern table tennis technologies. The famous table tennis balls, which set the standards at many World and European Championships, are only one of many innovations that Schildkröt has established in the market. Outstanding are the Adjustable Balance Point (ABP), the Anti Vibration System (AVS), the Power Light System (PLS), Power Grip and Quick Rubber Change (QRC). Through a cooperation with Donic, Schildkröt was able to achieve further important transfer of know how regarding woods and rubber. Today one can find Donic-Schildkröt at almost every Central European department store chain and sport specialists and the brand achieved very often market leadership.
