Olin Enterprise Ltd. was founded in 1980 and was, during the first years, one of the leading exporters of colour separations for the printing industry in Hong Kong. Further activities were the export of sports fishing products. After the acquisitions of the brands Schildkröt, Talbot Torro and Unsquashable, Olin Enterprise Ltd. in Hong Kong became the worldwide headquarter for the sporting goods business. Perseus Company Ltd. was founded a little later for the operations in Europe. In 1989 an own factory in Shenzhen/China was founded. In 1992 the expanding European market led to the establishment of a distribution company in Munich, first in Hamburg and then in Munich, that is responsible for all the coordination of the European business.

Over the past 25 years, the activities of Olin Enterprise Ltd. and Perseus Company Ltd. in Europe have seen constant development and expansion. The own factory in China now employs around 200 workers and has developed into one of the principal producers of a complete range of recreational table tennis products around the world. The Hong Kong team consists of a professional staff that is trained to look efficiently after every service requirement of the complex modern business and the large number of key customers worldwide (large department store chains, sporting goods stores and specialized chains and many kinds of other chain stores dealing with sporting goods, as well as agents for our brands). The headquarters in Hong Kong is now managed by two professional young managers from Germany ensuring with their team that the companies are fully geared up for further development and expansion. Modern structures have now been established to ensure the full satisfaction of our worldwide customers.
